Agache, a holding company owned by the LV boss Arnault family, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Paris FC, the club announced. As an iconic and popular football club founded in 1969, Paris FC has been successfully developed by its current owner Pierre Ferracci with talent and energy. Now, Paris FC will start a new chapter in its rich history with the Arnault family and Red Bull, who have also entered into negotiations to acquire a minority stake.

Under the proposal of Red Bull, Agache aims to contribute to the development and promotion of the club's unique values and provide the necessary funds to continue its economic, civic, and sports development. Agache has a dual ambition: to establish a long-term presence of both the men's and women's teams in the top French football league and to win the hearts of the people of Paris.

Through its journey and history, Paris FC represents another side of capital football. With Agache becoming the main shareholder of the club, it will reach new heights and aim for new successes.

Agache attaches great importance to respecting the intrinsic identity, values, and inclusivity of Paris FC and intends to bring its entrepreneurial vision and expertise in long-term economic development and brand influence to the club. With successful experiences in high-level sports, especially in German, Brazilian, and American football, Red Bull will primarily serve as a consultant in the sports aspect, whether it is strengthening the discovery of young talents with potential to join the training center or targeting the best candidates to enhance the competitiveness of the men's and women's first teams.

Agache plans to gradually bring the men's team back to the top French football league (Ligue 1). The new majority shareholder has the same ambitions for the women's team. Building on the excellent seasons in recent years, the women's team will continue to progress, occupy a leading position in the top French football league, and begin to make new history at the European level.

To implement this new momentum, Agache will rely on the existing team and the chairman Pierre Ferracci, who have put a lot of effort into promoting the progress of the club in all aspects. They will be valuable assets to ensure respect and further enhance the colors, emblem, and identity of Paris FC.

Subject to the completion of legal documents, the project still needs the approval of the Paris FC staff representative body and the Professional Club Control Committee of the National Directorate of Management and Control (DNCG).

Antoine Arnault, Agache's future representative on the Paris FC board, said: "The values conveyed by football, the passion it inspires, and the emotions it generates have always been a great love for us. Our family has maintained close connections with the sports world, athletes, and young men and women who seek to go beyond themselves.

"Through this project, we hope to continue to embody the strict requirements, culture of effort, and respect for tradition of a great (future great) club. Paris FC is a role model in many aspects, and we would like to thank Pierre Ferracci, who is still a shareholder, for the excellent work he and all the Paris FC staff have done so far. With our support, along with the support of our valuable partner Red Bull, we have great hopes that we will jointly write a beautiful chapter in French football, although we do not set specific goals at this stage. Sports sometimes bring many surprises!"

Oliver Mintzlaff, CEO of Red Bull responsible for the project and investment, added: "We hope to bring our experience and expertise to open up new sports perspectives for Paris FC. Paris and the Île-de-France region are outstanding cradles of football talent, and these talents should first receive training and grow at their local clubs. We are delighted to be part of this new adventure and to establish a unique partnership with Agache. We are looking forward to making a contribution to attracting more male and female talents who will enhance the team's performance."

Pierre Ferracci, President of Paris FC, said: "The entry of Agache, with the support of Red Bull, as the new owners of our club, is a unique opportunity that I immediately accepted and welcome with the greatest enthusiasm. The Arnault family has built a world-class group that is undisputedly a leader in its industry. They uphold strong values that resonate with Paris FC and are also wise investors who know how to make long-term investments and fully respect the unique history of each brand. With Red Bull's recognized expertise in building super-competitive teams, we have the greatest hopes and hope to turn these hopes into victories through our collective efforts."
