Agache, a holding company owned by the LV boss Arnault family, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Paris FC, the club announced. Agache has a dual ambition: to establish a long-term presence of both the men's and women's teams in the top French football league and to win the hearts of the people of Paris.

Agache attaches great importance to respecting the intrinsic identity, values, and inclusivity of Paris FC and intends to bring its entrepreneurial vision and expertise in long-term economic development and brand influence to the club. With successful experiences in high-level sports, especially in German, Brazilian, and American football, Red Bull will primarily serve as a consultant in the sports aspect, whether it is strengthening the discovery of young talents with potential to join the training center or targeting the best candidates to enhance the competitiveness of the men's and women's first teams.

Agache plans to gradually bring the men's team back to the top French football league (Ligue 1). The new majority shareholder has the same ambitions for the women's team.
